Most aligner cases take 6 to 18 months. Your iOrtho plan shows how many stages your teeth need, so we can give you a realistic estimate before you start.
You'll feel pressure for a day or two each time you change to a new set. That's the trays doing their job, and it fades quickly. There are no brackets or wires to rub your cheeks.
