What Is a Check-up & Clean?
A check-up and clean is a routine visit where we examine your teeth and gums, look for early signs of decay or gum disease, and clean away the plaque and tartar that brushing misses. Catching problems early keeps treatment simpler and cheaper.

What patients usually want to know before Check-up & Clean.
Every six months works for most people. If you have a history of gum problems or frequent fillings, we may suggest coming more often.
No. We take X-rays when we need to see between teeth or under the gum, and we'll tell you why before we take them.
Not at all. Many of our patients come back after a long break. We'll simply look at where things are now and explain your options calmly.
A check-up includes a routine clean. If you need X-rays or a deeper scaling and polishing, we'll tell you the cost before we do it.
We'll show you, explain it in plain words and talk you through your options. Nothing is done without your agreement, and you can take time to decide.
