We take a 3D scan and a CBCT X-ray, check your bone and nerves, and show you on screen whether an implant is the right choice.
If it is, we plan the exact position digitally and print a 3D surgical guide so the implant goes precisely where it was planned.
The implant is placed under local anaesthetic, usually in 15 to 45 minutes. Most people are back to normal within 2 to 4 days.
After 3 to 4 months of healing, we check the bone with X-rays and fit your custom crown, matched to your other teeth.

What patients usually want to know before Dental Implants.
The implant is placed under local anaesthetic, so you shouldn't feel pain during the procedure. Many patients find it easier than a tooth extraction. Expect some tenderness for 2 to 4 days afterwards, which ordinary painkillers usually manage.
Both are established implant systems with long clinical track records. Straumann is a premium Swiss system; Dentium is a well-regarded Korean system at a lower price point. We'll explain which suits your case and budget at your consultation.
Placing the implant takes 15 to 45 minutes. It then needs around 3 to 4 months to bond with the bone before we fit the final crown. Your scan helps us give you a more exact timeline.
Implants start from RM6,000 with Dentium and from RM8,500 with Straumann. The final cost depends on the system you choose, how many teeth you're replacing and whether any preparation is needed. We'll confirm everything after your scan.
